The Eliminator of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 is currently taking place between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. On account of the brilliant batting effort by Cameron Green (41), Suryakumar Yadav (33), Tilak Varma (26) and Nehal Wadhera (23), MI posted a total of 182 runs on the board. 

Mumbai Indians have looked impressive in the second innings as they have kept things tight. They have bowled decently well and have been electric on the field as well. Hrithik Shokeen in particular has been quite energetic and has exhibited brilliant fielding runs.

Hrithik Shokeen almost ran out Kyle Mayers with his sensational fielding in the second over. Prerak Mankad tried to cut the short ball by Akash Madhwal towards the point but couldn’t get past the fielder but Mayers on the other end was halfway down.

Hrithik Shokeen, who was stationed at the point, timed his dive to perfection and gobbled the ball to throw it immediately at the stumps but he missed. However, MI still had a golden chance to run him out yet again but Tim David at mid-on fumbled the ball. Skipper Rohit Sharma looked quite disappointed seeing the drama unfold.
