ToggleThe AUS vs WI 3rd ODI will be played at the Manuka Oval in Canberra on Tuesday, February 6. The match starts at 9 am IST. Australia have been dominant in the first two games and have already won the series. The two teams play a three-match T20I series after the third ODI.
Australia scored 258/9 in the second ODI and won the match by 83 runs after bowling out Wesr Indies for 175 runs. Seam Abbott delivered an all-round performance to win the match for Australia.
He first scored 69 with the bat and played a key role in Australia finishing 258/9 after being 61/5 in the 17th over. Matthew Short (41), Aaron Hardie (26), Marnus Labuschagne (26), and Will Sutherland who made his ODI debut in the last match scored 18 and picked up two wickets.
Heading into the third and final ODI, a few players will be missing for Australia. Short who picked up a hamstring injury in the second ODI will be unavailable for the third ODI. Ben McDermott has been chipped in as a replacement for the all-rounder. Matthew Short might also miss the AUS vs WI T20I series later.

Josh Hazlewood will also miss the third ODI and will return for the T20I series later. Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc have been rested from the ODI series and will also be rested from the T20I series. Previously Xavier Bartlett was ruled out from the second ODI after picking up four wickets in his debut ODI.
West Indies, on the other hand, are missing key players as well. Their senior players have opted to play in T20 leagues while the national team is playing an ODI series in Australia. They are without Nicholas Pooran, Jason Holder, Rovman Powell, and Andre Russell who has featured in T20Is off late.
Australia will be led by Steve Smith while West Indies by Shai Hope who has underperformed as skipper so far in the series. He has scored 12 and 29 in the first two games. The last game now is a dead rubber with West Indies having lost the previous two games and the series.
