India Cricket tour of West Indies 2023
The India National Cricket Team visited West Indies for a multi-format series in 2023. The IND vs WI 2023 series comprised of two Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is. The IND vs WI series started on 12 July and came to an end on 13 August.
India’s tour of West Indies 2023 began with the two-match Test series. The first Test took place in Dominica and India won it by an innings and 141 runs. The second Test was interrupted by rain on numerous occasions and ended in a draw.
In the subsequent ODI series, India began by winning the first game by 5 wickets before West Indies stunned them by six wickets in the second game to draw level. The Men in Blue bounced back to win the third game by 200 runs and sealed the three-match series.
West Indies started the T20I series by winning the first two games by 4 runs and 2 wickets respectively. India then won the third and fourth games to draw level before West Indies won the fifth game to seal a famous series win.
